Wilmar Power Solutions Ltd are a leading manufacturer of electrical products and providers of end-to-end solutions for power generation, transmission & Distribution networks. We specialise in manufacturing of electrical equipments and systems to clients in electrical utility, industrial, oil & gas and infrastructure sectors.
Our team of highly skilled professionals are committed to delivering solutions that meet and exceed our client’s needs and requirements on a timely and cost-effective manner. Our mission is to achive maximum clients satisfaction by delivering quality products that suit thie requirments and reduce their downtime and expenditure.
1999 – Establishment of Federal Transformers Company LLC in Musaffah industrial area for manufacture of distribution transformers.
2005 – Establishment of Switchgear unit for manufacture of feeder pillars & LV switchgear.
2006 – Establishment of Federal Power Transformers LLC in industrial city of Abu Dhabi for manufacture of power transformers by JV with Brush Transformers.
2007 – Establishment of second unit of federal Transformers in ICAD-2 for manufacture Cast resin dry type transformers.
2015 – Acquisition of Federal Transformers by Al Zubair General Trading.
2017 – Relocation of switchgear unit to ICAD-2. Establishment of Busway production unit under brand name of Wilmar Busways in ICAD-2. Establishment of Low Voltage Cable manufacturing unit in ICAD-2.
2018 – Launch of Federal Transformers & Switchgear unit in Rusayl industrial area, Oman.
2019 – Launch of special cable products such as panel wires and instrumentation cables under brand name of FedCab. Creation of new group SBU under the name of Federal Electric (Smart Electrification and Automation).
2024 – Wilmar Power Solutions Ltd was incorporated in the UK.
